I stayed for 8 days, no blankets on the bed until i asked, then i was given 2 small throw blankets for my 8 day stay. Room was never cleaned. It was like pulling teeth to get a new towel. Staff was rude 50% of the time. Its an extended stay in between a trailer park and a walmart. Parkinglot always filled with sketchy people. Room was disgusting. Stains everywhere including both lamp shades? Outdated ripped up couch in the room. Lots of hotels in the area, dont stay at this one

It was wonderful every time I come to Boston I stay here I love that fact that there's a Walmart right next door and plus there's a nice kitchen and refrigerator in the apartment the staff here are great am really not sure why they have bad reviews my room was clean

I stayed for 8 days, no blankets on the bed until i asked, then i was given 2 small throw blankets for my 8 day stay. Room was never cleaned. It was like pulling teeth to get a new towel. Where do I even begin. First the TV was broken, No ice Trays in room for ice! Bed felt like a rock. The chair in the room was destroyed. The bathroom door couldn't even shut. So if you want to poop in front of all your friends! Avoid this place.

I am very disappointed. This place was very expensive. There are rips in the furniture, the table had crumbs on it, the ironing board cover has a big hole in it, the headboards has pulls. There is no ice to be found in the building. You would think with a fitness center there would be ice in case someone got hurt. The bed frame was broken. No extra pillows or blankets either. The gentlemen at the desk were very nice when I checked in but I would suggest they wear a uniform or someway to identify that they are employees. I think this hotel is being used to house individuals in the welfare system. They were smoking and gathering outside of the building as if they live here.

When you close the drapes, it blocked the air coming out of the air conditioner so the room became stuffy. They gave you a tiny bottle of shampoo, but no conditioner there weren’t enough towels in the bathroom. There was a full kitchen, but not a single utensil or play or napkin or coffee cup, but they did give me a dish towel. It made no sense.

This property was well staffed. Those working at the desk and on maintenance seemed to care about the residents and the quality of their stay. For travelers on a budget it was great. In five minutes, you can walk safely to both Walmart and McDonalds.

The sheets had clearly not been changed upon arrival. Hairs, crumbs and stains on sheets along with hairs on the counters in the bathroom and kitchen. Mold on the AC wall unit. The room smelled like mildew.
