This furnished home is located in Sammamish, a family-friendly enclave about 30 minutes from Seattle. If you’re outdoorsy, you’ll be in heaven as this area is known for its crystal clear lakes, rolling hills, nature preserves, and miles and miles of woodland and trails. You can explore green spaces like Soaring Eagle Regional Park, Montrachet Neighborhood Park, and Beaver Lake Preserve. Groceries, coffee shops, and local restaurants like Pagliacci Pizza and Vinason Pho Kitchen make it easy to get exactly what you want. Plus, Seattle is a short trip away, making popular destinations like Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, and Seattle Art Museum easily accessible.

Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
