Part of a complex, this contemporary penthouse apartment is situated in the stunning seaside resort of Woolacombe on the North Devon coast and invites small families and couples for a peaceful seaside getaway. For days on the beach frolicking in the water and sunbathing on the soft sand, walk to Woolacombe Beach which sits less than 400 metres away and stretches a whopping 3 miles, leaving you plenty of space to set up camp for the day. On the beach, enjoy water sports like surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking, or take a break with a trip into town nearby to discover a wealth of pubs, cafes, restaurants and seaside shops. For nearby days out, local attractions include Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, and The Big Sheep, all within 22 miles. Walkers will be spoilt for choice, with the South West Coast Path on the doorstep, and Exmoor National Park only 15 miles away, both of which offer breathtaking scenery at every turn of the head.
Leave your car in the allocated parking space and take the lift to the very top of the building where your penthouse apartment awaits. On entry you’ll notice the natural light and sea breeze flowing through the large balcony doors, as well as chic decor and furnishings that add to the apartment’s appeal. Walk into the heart of the property, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, and after days of coastal walking, crash into the large, L-shaped sofa in front of the Smart TV to unwind or simply take in the fabulous sea views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a favourite recipe to impress your loved ones. Dine together at the chic, round table indoors, or head to the balcony to create some sun-soaked, al fresco memories. When it’s time for bed, choose from a sumptuous king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, or a welcoming twin room, with an overhead single bunk bed, that can be converted into a double on request and is served by the well-equipped family bathroom.
Outside, make the most of the fantastic and spacious balcony with its splendid views of the beach, coastline, and surrounding town. Enjoy al fresco breakfasts and dinners here using the table and chairs provided or unwind on the sun loungers to top up your tan. Elsewhere, make use of the on-site facilities that include a shared indoor, heated swimming pool, a gym, and a sauna, all of which you can reserve. You’ll also have shared use of a heated outdoor surf shower to wash away the sand, as well as a well-equipped games room.
