It welcomes you in large living spaces spread over three levels connected by a glass staircase.
This monumental staircase leads, on the ground floor, to a huge living room and its fully equipped open kitchen where you can let all your culinary talents shine, and on the garden level, a cozier small living room for reading or games.

But if you prefer to enjoy the outdoors, come and relax in a magnificent exotic garden in the heart of which nestles a 5x9 m pool and its deck equipped with sun loungers and chairs.
You can also rest in a hammock in the shade of the palm trees,
or lounge in the jacuzzi while enjoying the sea view.
And if a barbecue tempts you, a very large outdoor table will allow you to dine together while cooking grilled foods.
Finally, several small lounges, scattered throughout the property, will allow you to enjoy more private moments, from dawn to sunset.

If you want to go out, nothing could be simpler. From the villa, you can go directly to the seafront in Golfe Juan, with its two beaches, its double marina, the largest in Europe, its many restaurants, and private beaches. You can also extend your trip to exuberant Cannes or authentic Antibes, not to mention Nice, Vence, Monaco, the Esterel...
But above all, do not leave without visiting the hinterland with its magnificent landscapes, old perched villages, and narrow rivers.
