The staff was hospitable and friendly. It had free wifi and it was walking distance to many places.

It didnt have a full restaurant or breakfast. There was mosquitoes and ants. I asked for beddings to be changed and room to be sprayed because I have a severe allergic reactions to insect bites.. It was noisy. No phone to contact front desk but I used the messaging on Booking.com and they were responsive. No tv, I Iike to watch local television and get ready to work. No laundry facility.

Exceptional staff. Perfect location. Huge room. Stable wifi.

It was too basic. The eggs were over cooked. I like the location, central and many food places and shops are around the location. It is very neat.

I saw cockroaches in my room everyday. The eggs were over cooked.

Price was expensive but the room standards didn't met our expectations, not really clean.

I liked the hotel, spacious room, location and staff. Breakfast was standard, but okay (toast, some fruit and corn flakes) with coffee/tea).

When I had to pay, there’s a scam. On Booking.com they use USD, so my room rate there was 125 US dollar a night (113 euro in my own currency). When you pay at the reception they convert it to Tonga currency, using the “Sell” rate from money changers (the rate where money changers earn good money with). So I ended up paying almost 145 dollars instead of 125. That is 16% more. It doesn’t matter if you pay with card or Tonga currency, the bad conversation already took place on your bill anyway. I know there’s always some dollars difference, but 20 dollars is too much to my taste. Not a nice surprise at the end, made me not feeling happy anymore.

too much mosquito's in the room. No parking located for visitors. Have to park on street. No hotel name displayed outside the building. Reconsider booking with them.

The staff where all very helpful and friendly, allowing me to check in a little early and sit in lounge area after check out time-while I waited for flight time The art work in the main area was wonderful and traditional The room was spacious and best hot shower A short walk to many cafes and breakfast was pleasant. I will stay again.
