We had high hopes for this apartment. The location was great, the apartment was well past its used by date. The bathroom was filthy (we bought a bottle of bleach to get rid of some of the mould so we could shower). The blinds had mould, the doona cover hadn’t been changed and had fresh stains. The view was great. The pool was unheated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Certainly not a relaxing experience. I’m not sure how the other apartment are?

The receptionist Amelia was excellent - so helpful and nothing too much trouble. A credit to herself and to her employer. A great ambassador for Goldsborough Apartments.

Great position. Fabulous view. Excellent staff - Very willing to assist. Very comfortable homely feel however undergoing refurbishment. There are a number of buildings / blocks in this property. Some refurbishments taking place. The particular block had no lift. So a number of stairs however felt secure.

Apartments are great and location perfect- away from city centre but good amenities nearby however WIFI is almost nonexistent so no good for business stay. Had to go out and buy a modem so sadly won’t be staying again. Also bathrooms in need of updating.

Very central to where we needed to be, walking distance to cafes, shops, wharf etc, will be staying here again.

This accommodation is a rare find in the area, and I cannot recommend it enough for location and facilities if an easy, relaxing break is on your radar. Tenerife ferry terminal is within 50m of the complex for great access to the city and other locations. Great cafes, restaurants and bars nearby, as well as massage and beauty services - if that’s your interest - but without all the noise of Fortitude Valley or the City. The complex was very quiet, and everything was clean and tidy. All apartments have riverside furnished balconies overlooking the river, unobstructed. The pool is perfect for both 25m lap swimming (lanes marked), or for a cooling dip and lay in the sun on the loungers provided. The pool is located right by the edge of the river - fantastic spot! There is a gym linked with the pool that the complex was in a formal relationship with for use by guests; however, this was recently taken over by Club Lime and use is now for members only, or casual rates ($20 per visit, I believe). Limited free parking spots were available at the complex. While my review is overwhelmingly positive in relation to this accomm we were inconvenienced on our check-in by being allocated an apartment that we discovered had not been serviced after the previous guests had departed. This resulted in us being allocated a different apartment for one night, then having to move to our allocated apartment the next day. The on-site manager was polite and apologetic for the oversight.

Great location - centrally located with tremendous view of river. Older building but clean. Possibly a bit expensive for what it is but not much like it nearby.

The room itself was nice But the both TVs an DVD players did not work Staff didn’t seem to care at all Offered a room change on the last of 3 night stay Disappointed and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

The river views are amazing and the walk along the river to the Brisbane Powerhouse is beautiful and felt safe. It is a bit of a rabbit warren to find your way in and out of the building, particularly from E Block.

Great location & outlook with very easy access to the Rivercats & ferries as well as shopping & dining.

I really enjoy staying here. Staff are lovely and pool / gym are great. unfortunately the WIFI isnt good enough to base here for work stays in BNE but otherwise great value. Also a coffee bodum would be appreciated.

We had a great time the room was great and the views over the river fantastic. We love staying here as it is central to all our needs, City Cat to get into the city, restaurants and bars across the road, supermarket five minute drive and seven 11 out the front for anything we may have forgotten. This was our third stay and it gets better every time.
