Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with a plethora of amenities to ensure a seamless stay. From the washer/dryer and central AC to the gas grill and patio furniture on the front and back balconies, every detail has been carefully considered. The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances such as a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, air fryer, waffle maker, and more, making it easy to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Additionally you can unwind in the large but cozy living room, open to the dining room or take in the city view from the terrace. There are also 3 great bedrooms, one primary suite with an en suite bathroom and coffee bar area. The second guests bedroom has connection to the guest bathroom in the hallway, and the third bedroom also has a desk and full size bed with futon, great for kids!

When you're not out exploring the town with amazing local shopping just steps away, enjoy 56 miles of walking/biking paths with free rental bikes around town, or book water activities from Fishermen's Village or Laishley Marina, like fishing, sailing, kayaking, taking a local tiki boat or canal boat tour! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
