Our room was beautiful! The view was spectacular! The waterpark, pools, and beach were well-maintained. Stunning landscaping. The waterpark was so much fun. We always felt safe. We would leave our belongings on the chairs by the pool when we went on the waterslides and never had an issue. We loved having food and drinks by the pool. Food is expensive but that is expected at this resort. The music was very loud at the pools. Other than that, We LOVED our stay and plan to come back.

I had problems since I arrived because I reserved a king bed and they didn't have one. I spoke to the supervisor about the problem and he told me the same thing, that there wasn't one and that the next day they were going to change my room, which never happened. They never called me or solved the problem. I also paid for the food package that the hotel has and upon arrival they never explained or gave me the restaurants that were included and when I checked out I had to pay for a meal that was not included, but they wanted to charge me for two, which made my experience with the hotel very bad.

Atlantis is a fantastic hotel overall. The staff was friendly, and when we had a minor issue with our room, the receptionist promptly resolved it, which made our stay even better. The hotel offers a mix of high-end boutiques and convenient shops, perfect for grabbing a quick snack or any essentials you might need. The dining options are just as varied, with both luxury and casual choices available. We dined at Nobu and Fish, both exceptional restaurants, but Fish was my favorite—the food was absolutely amazing!

This was our first time in the Bahamas and it was even more amazing than we could have imagined. The Atlantis Resort is absolutely beautiful. Everywhere you turn there is something to admire. They have at least 20 pools, 8 waterslides, rapids river, and so many species of marine life. The crystal clear waters of the beach were breathtaking. We only went to the big beach once, because there is also a small lagoon with ocean water that is a lot more chill. We saw a big fish swimming in it too, and lots of little ones! Bring snorkeling gear. There was a lot of food but my boyfriend and I are picky, we enjoyed Seafire Steakhouse and Marina Pizza the most. The poolside options aren’t great but there’s something for everyone, you just have to find the right menu. The convenience shop is also open 24 hours, they have every possible thing you could need and including toiletries, medicine, snacks & soda. Highly recommend taking a tour to see the pigs on the private beach at the 007 club. I think you can book that excursion at Atlantis, but we used a different company on Expedia for $150 each. That was the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be coming back!

Exceed my expectations. Great hotel!

Tv not working for over 5 hours when we had meals and everything ready to watch tv and eat. Had to wait for maitence to come up and they took their sweet time. Lady wouldnt let us out the back to use pubic beach on checkout when other ppl we checked in our bags for check out with and she let them paas no problem. She asked to see my wrist band which was a little broke after 4 days of waterparks and said i should be checked out today and cannot use it. A public beach lol.. so we went back to try to get into our lobby to grab our bags and another lady almost tried making us not be able to come into our own lobby to get our checked bags. Had to call a manager over after waiting 15 minutes for them to walk near us. They said wristbands are only for the water park thats it. Not to walk into the damn lobby. How do you ecpect people to check their bags out if they cant get back into the lobby. Pushy staff making me run around casino and use atm and pay a big fee to just tip for a water her when i couldve finished my game i paid for and just cashed it out then to pay her instead i had to walk away from my machine that i already put money in to play to find an atm... Transit lounge closed had to stand in the heat for an hour and a half before the person changed out shifts and was able to sit in the lobby at least, which was freezing btw. Couldn't even use Transit lounge because it was closed and the lobby bathroom was shut down so couldn't even use a bathroom which is highley ridicul

I’ve been waiting for 3 hours till 5pm just to get check in. The guest service front desk staff and the VIP lounge male staff is being unhelpful and not nice at all.

They didnt clean the room they never came and room service took over 2 -3 hours to come to the room. The bathroom was still dirty since we arrived no shampoo or conditioner.everything is expensive for what when the lack of services isnt matching the price.

Great experience for couples

Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly. A couple pieces of gum on the ceiling of one of the east tower elevators. Check your receipts every time because gratuity is included for everything so sometimes the bar staff will charge you for a different drink that is more expensive just to get a better tip. One of the hostesses at the restaurant Carmine, for a lack of better term, was a “C U Next Tuesday”. Our waitress saw how awful the hostess was to us and pulled us to the side and cleared us a table in her section like an angel sent from God and made our evening after the experience with the hostess. One of the pit bosses in the casino created a scene with our dealer because we were asking him advice on what to do which he graciously did because some members of our group were learning how to play blackjack. For the money, the service and attitudes we encountered were less than satisfactory.

Love this place to visit every year

We did not have a good experience. Upon check in the toilet in the room was extremely dirty. We had already unpacked so we didn’t change rooms and had a person come clean it instead. When we went to lay down to bed and 11:30 pm the sheet for the bed was too short and didn’t even cover the whole mattress, and there was hair (!!!) in the mattress that was not ours (disgusting). We called the front desk and asked if someone could change the sheets (to one that actually covered the mattress). She said no one was available to change the sheets but she could give it to me and I change it instead. I was accommodating and agreed to do that. Nobody brought up the sheets. We called twice and nothing. At midnight I removed the hair off the bed myself with a tissue and we pulled the sheet to cover the mattress as best as we could, so we could go to sleep because we were so tired. They also informed us that breakfast was at 12, but when we went to have breakfast at 10:45, we couldn’t get in, the person at Poseidon said the restaurant was closed and we would open again at 1 pm. The pools and beach are nice but this was really a terrible stay overall. If they can’t provide a clean toilet, a clean bed and breakfast when we are paying over $500 a night, I dont think it gets much worse than that.

I didn’t like the price of the alcohol

1) I came here with my family for my birthday - during my entire stay no one said anything. 2) I was told by staff I would be supplied with a reusable water bottle and filling stations available throughout the property. So I did not bring any bottles. Upon arrival I was told they are out of stock but check back next day. Moreover, I was told by management they would supply us water bottles. I wasted 1/2 of my trip waiting in the lobby or on telephone requesting reusable water bottles which I was told they were out of stock plus I spoke with 4-5 managers because no one would supply water bottles. My 4 and 6 year old were accompanying me on the trip and this was very hot trip for them. Staff would not supply water so I would have to take to a new manager each time. Sad thing was, they had plenty of reusable water bottles for sale in their gift shops. 3) dining plan is confusing and don’t get scammed. Each restaurant employee will tell you this is part of the dining plan and then you get a bill from the hotel. I recorded multiple videos of servers telling us items are part of the plan and it wasn’t. It is a great plan but the restaurant servers are playing games. 4) premium resort, beautiful place but lousy service. Activities are great. Plenty to do for families and kids. Kids 4ft and taller can go on any ride. I spoke with the following managers - Ashwan, Petra, Katherine, kardesha (she was most helpful), I tried to meet with Ashwan on 3 days but always busy.

The staff on property are all so friendly. From the hotel greeting to the guys guiding our raft down the rapid river & they dont work for tips! Just happy people in general. Everything about this resort was wonderful. The room was huge updated and clean. Quiet and so comfortable. The beaches were breathtaking! Slides were so much fun. Aquariums were out of this world! Cannot wait to return.
