The property was very well looked after and in a great location. Checking in was a very easy process and although there is no reception it was very easy to get in touch with someone if help was needed. If I am ever in Queenstown again I will definitely be staying there again!

Queenstown is a hilly place so parking at the apartment was a bit of a challenge and stressful for us. Other than that the apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. The location is not too bad but requires a bit of walking to the city centre. Groceries shopping is nearby.

The long detailed email for our arrival made us feel that we had been naughty in not responding quicker when we had no internet on our travels. We are staying at 18 properties during our visit to New Zealand and this is the most disappointing so far.

Made a last minute decision to stop in Queenstown and landed at a gem of spot. Nice-sized apartment with all the amenities. Perfect location; walking distance to everything. Wish I was staying longer, but will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We had a comfortable stay in Apartment 11 at the front right of the motel. The parking is tight and the driveway is steep but that said the size and amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, heated towel racks and large TV)in the apartment outweighed this. The outside of the motel needs some maintenance (stairs, laundry, bins) but overall our stay was good.
