Communication was good but the appartment was dirty and we couldn’t use the spa due to not heating only got to use it for 1 night and it was slimy. Parking was terrible because we have a long car so didn’t fit in the garage and no parks anyway else.

Noisy place. No sound proofing from traffic. Old and not very well appointed (no atmosphere). Only positive was the view

Our stay at the Refelctions apartments was great. The apartment was airy, spacious & clean. It had everything we needed. It was in a great location overlooking the river with lovely views. The staff were brilliant & gave us a choice of apartments on arrival & were amazing in allowing us a late check out as we had a night flight. I can't recommend Reflections enough & we will definitely stay there again! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

They are constructing a high rise next door, had we known that we wouldnt have booked there. Noisy from 6.30am till 4pm. traffic congestion, large trucks and cement concrete pouring going on. Avoid this for the next year until the construction is complete.

Reflections is a 4 story Apartment block with balcony and great outlook over river. Located 600metres from main shopping area. With a number of smaller shops closer. On a quiet street but backs onto a main road. Road noise was not an issue in our apartment. There is no lift, but a few stairs were not an issue for ourselves.

The apartment we had wasn’t like the pictures. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and had been modernised but the lounge area / furniture / carpets were in need of updating. (I only looked at the pictures afterwards wondering why we had booked there). We never found the pool, but we also didn’t think to go and look for one as it didn’t seem obvious where it was. The view over the river is very beautiful and relaxing and we did enjoy lunches on the balcony. What we struggled with, was being without a car as you don’t have cafe’s on your door stop, it’s fine if you would like a walk but you can’t just pop out for a quick coffee or ice cream. When we checked in, the manager was very friendly and helpful and helped us with our bags to the room, however reception isn’t open for long periods like hotels are as just something to be aware of.

It is an older apartment block but was really well built for it's time. A great stay.
