Excellent hotel. Service was very good and variety of restaurant choices even for vegetarians. Pillar from the reception made sure I was comfortable and provided excellent service. Can't fault anything. Great for families and couples. Would highly recommend for anyome to go.

IT was just amazing......particularly the staff.....

The staff, hotel, facilities, cleanliness, food, poolside service, room service…… everything was simply amazing. My wife and I spent 4 days completely immersed in total relaxation and the superb all inclusive service. Thank you to everyone at IKOS Andalusia for making our short stay so memorable. We will see you again (with the kids) highly recommend 👍

This resort is incredible. The staff are extremely welcoming from the moment you walk onto the property. I highly recommend this location for your next holiday, as it is very relaxing and picturesque.

The hotel was fabulous from start to finish - food was first class, staff friendly & helpful and acconnodation luxurious. We are new fans of the Ikos brand - so much more than all inclusive!

Service at this hotel Is second to none and the food in all of the restaurants is exceptional. Only issue was not being allowed into a bar because we weren’t Delux guests . If did not dampen our enjoyment of the hotel though and would most certainly go back .

Have stayed at other Ikos hotels before but was keen to try this new one. It didn't disappoint. The staff could not be more helpful. Everything was super clean and covid friendly. Food was delicious. The room was plenty big enough with a balcony. Bathroom/shower spot on. Couldn't fault it.

Fantastic new hotel which lives up to the luxury 5 star status! Range of restaurants provide great variety of excellent food. Young kids 3 and 1 years old are welcome and very well provided for. Service was outstanding in all respects, friendly, quick, nothing is too much trouble.

Great all inclusive hotel. Just open so everything is new. Staff was great! Super attentive and aiming to give guests a great time.

Beautiful place with som great facilities that can accommodate every wish a family must have for their vacation on a resort The staff is so friendly and will always say “hi” and meet you with a smile all day everyday on the negative side I have to say that the service around the restaurants are way below good right now and probably also do not meet their own expectations We where constantly getting frustrated at the restaurants because of the lack of service example. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for ordering food even tho my wife and I always where the first to meet up for breakfast and dinner Breadbasket only came to some people and others they forgot Food that we ordered never came to the table but we didn’t mind mention it because every time we did we had to wait additional 30 min before they came with the dish even if it just was a plain plate of avocado or strawberry’s for our baby Never asked for drinks or drinks arrived when food was eaten Waiteer forgot us numerous times and service was slow so we always ended spending 2 hours for dining which is a long time with a baby by the table Also had a situation where I was told by the staff that they had ensured our reservation for the next days restaurants but every time we came to the restaurant they told us we didn’t have a reservation I asked them if they could ensure it again for later reservations, but was let Down again and again when we arrived for dinner. That ruined it a lot
