Nice, homey feel. They have taken great care of us, and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Set off the main street by just a couple of blocks makes it convenient to access the local shops and restaurants, and it is only about a 20 minute drive from places like Barra do Sucurri. I didn't know what to expect when I booked our stay, but we have been delighted to stay at Pousada Gira do Sol.

The hotel has a tourist agency in side the hotel. Good breakfast. No functioning internet although it is advertised. Lots of mosquitos. The staff are college age and unprepared to deal with problems. Some do not wear masks. In the middle of the city. For the price it is better to find a place outside of the city because you need a car anyway. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS HOTEL.

The people there are so nice, if they don’t speak English, someone would come quickly and assist you. You can book your activities directly at the hotel which was nice. Located 2 blocks from the main road for dinner and it’s safe to walk at night. Rooms were. Clean and nice a/c worked really well. Breakfast was full of options but no vegetables

Very nice spot, good location. Walkable to the center of town for various dining options. Excursions can be booked on site as well.

Very nice Pousada in quite and save neighborhood of Bonito. Restaurants easily reachable by foot. Trips can be booked in the reception area. very competent Team. Good breakfast. Very clean facility.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The grounds and rooms are well decorated and clean. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the parking was secure. Our only complaint would be that there were a few mosquitoes buzzing around the room. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again.

The amenities were so nice. We loved chilling on the hammock on the balcony or on the lovely couches all around the property.

The pros: rooms are really nice, very close to the main street, 5 blocks away from a supermarket, good air conditioner, clean, friendly and helpful staff, hammock on the balcony, mini fridge, good Wi-Fi. The cons: water pressure is chancy, sometimes it was crazy hard and sometimes it was fairly normal. The pool had a lot of leaves in it, and was tile on the bottom, so very slippery. If you need to keep things in the fridge, ask for a second card.
