Facility is great, it is quiet, clean and very well kept. Staff is friendly and professional. Neighborhood is not so great, there is a small park next to the building which is populated by homeless people, so instead of walking through the nice alley in this park, we had to use other side of the street.

This place was amazing and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Palermo. It’s in a perfect spot, as it’s not right in the middle of the city, but close enough to walk and you don’t get the crazy city noise! Our the manager/owner was an absolute gentleman and is super passionate about the city so will give you all the best tips on where to go. Such a good place and would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the host was welcoming and friendly. The location is convenient, with lots of cool places nearby, our hosts provided us with a map of the area and circled key points of interest we should visit. They also had a list of restaurants in the area to visit (check out “Seven” if you want to experience some amazing views of the city). The breakfast was tasty and was a nice way to start the day. I highly recommend staying here! We will stay here again during our next visit to Palermo!

Very very nice staff, delicious breakfast and clean and modern accommodation, very central (city centre within walking distance). The only drawback: lots of homeless people in the neighbourhood.

Clean spacious but simple rooms, with minimal in room amenities (no safe, wine fridge only, etc). The beds were very comfortable which was a very nice perk. Comfortable furniture was also missing, only providing 2 dining/desk chairs. Breakfast and dining room is wonderful and delicious. Modern design, recent reno of a beautiful antique building while preserving tastefully chosen aspects of the original structure for an excellent mix of old and new. The staff are what make this place and are very friendly and helpful although I was not able to reach them on their preferred WhatsApp number.

The staff were very friendly and, above all, the room was clean, which I liked. However, there were some homeless people gathered next to the building. They would talk to us and follow us, which was a bit scary (since we were traveling as a group of women). Other than that, I really liked the hotel overall! Parking was easy, and there was a supermarket nearby.

Had an amazing stay here. The rooms are very nice and pretty new. We feel very safe also. The owner and receptionist are very hospitable. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Palermo. It is near the port if you come by ferry and walkable to the markets and tourist spots.

Very nice establishment and convenient to central city. The streets in the neighborhood of the BnB are very dirty which detracts from the atmosphere.

This is a building over 200 years old that was renovated and modernized while keeping parts of it's history. Very charming. The rooms are 1st class and the host very friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of many of the cities top attractions, including the airport bus.

BNB Dolcevita is a beautiful recently renovated building. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious. Eugenio the owner is a very nice guy and is there to help his guests anytime. Highly recommend if you are visiting Palermo.
