We did not have hot water when we arrived and took cold showers. There was hot water the following morning.
Room was pretty rough around the edges.
Pretty expensive for what we got. Much better options for less money in town.
Location on beach is nice and exterior of hotel is in nice shape.

Not as advertised, heater did not work but I was given a portable heater. No in room coffee maker but they also brought me one

The room was clean, the beds were good and clean. The room shows it's age yet was nice and clean. The room air conditioner did it's job of cooling the room well, the A/C unit was just a little noisy. I would stay here again. I would recommand this hotel

The beach it’s great. Very quiet if you into that. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it serves the purpose of staying in there, sleep. Nice restaurant. Stay away during Passover holidays; there’s going to be tens of thousands of people everywhere. Come except during those holidays.

Paint peeling off walls, broken bed lamp, shower squirts water onto floor, TV picture too dark to see, no heat on 9deg C. nite. Bed was comfortable.

Very nice place to stay in San Felipe. Water front views as well as a little restaurant for breakfast. The lady's at the office where very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

For the cost of the room, the TV was on the side wall, the toilet was loose, and it was so cold, no heater.

I'll just say this hotel has a great marketing person! The photos look like a beautiful beachfront hotel, when it is actually very rundown, outdated and noisy.
