First thing what I liked was location, it is in the center of Tbilisi and near to many interesting places, I recommend this property to all!

This is the worst booking i uave made in my life. Everything mentioned about this place it not true! It is not worth even 1 star. There is no way it got all this great review. It is locate dway too far from the center. You need a car to drive you for about 15 minutes. The building is about to fall! The elevator os from the early 1900 and u need coins to use it, it is too small to fit more than 2 persons. The buildibg and the apartment are just old and dirty. The furniture is stained up and down, worn down and broken. We booked 5 nights, and we stayed 1 hour only. They refused to refund anything yet we left because it was unbareable!! Not to mention we had to circle the area to find the entrance, and there was non cisible, no sign no nothing! We asked from local person to call the hotel and someone came out and let us in!!!

We were offer a room which was not originally advertised and it looked completely different to what we paid for. However, I didn’t argue on that point as the room was fairly comfortable. However, the house keeping was not done regularly and we had to call the owner/manager every day to get the apartment cleaned. Only the bathroom was mopped and the bin were emptied. On the last day there was no gas in the apartment which meant there was no heating and hot water. No one informed us about the situation and we had to encounter a lot of difficulties on the final day with two young kids.

This was my first visit to Georgia, so everything was very memorable for me. Apartment was great! I took keys very easily and checked in. The hostess even gave me a parking remoter, so this was too comfortable for me to park. The staff was very polite and had really warm attitude. They helped me many ways. First, they gave me a small guide, what to see and where to go, so this was fantastic for my travel. I’ve seen many beautiful places around. Tbilisi is very beautiful city, with interesting buildings and kind citizens. I enjoyed my every day there. The apartment was super comfortable, very clean and cozy. The sheets were new, white and the interior was wonderful. When I first entered the room, it was so clean and comfortable, felt like I was the first one who started living in that apartment. There was kitchen, with all necessary stuff inside and it made my stay even more desirable. The bathroom was brightening from cleanness, sheets and pillows were super white and I had everything that was needed in the apartment. Room design was so wonderful, stylish and innovative I even asked who designed it. Everything around was made so, that every guest would feel super comfortable there, I think. I totally recommend it to every my friend and the second time, when I’ll have a chance to go back there, I certainly would!
