Our beautiful home has something for everyone combining the perfect blend of modern coastal luxury and natural beauty. It has been thoughtfully created with love and we ask that you be respectful and treat it with care as you would if it were your own.

Every detail has been curated to make you and your loved ones feel like you are being looked after from the moment you walk through the front door.

One of our favourite places to chill out in our home is the sumptuous leather day bed for two, situated in front of the massive picture window at the end of the dining room. We have spent many hours reclining here first thing in the morning with a coffee or cup of tea and in the afternoon with a glass of champagne or wine watching the incredible sunsets. Even during winter it is a special place to relax. In that same room, we have shared many breakfasts, long lunches and delicious dinners with friends and family on the big dining table that comfortably seats 10 people.

The gorgeous upstairs master bedroom with a balcony has a beautiful, solid Australian timber queen bed with matching side tables, a newly renovated expansive ensuite, featuring a stunning freestanding bath, a separate shower and a double vanity.
Downstairs, you can choose from another spacious bedroom with a private patio. It also has a gorgeous, queen size, solid Australian timber bed and matching side tables. The room has a connecting door to the second bathroom. The third tastefully furnished bedroom, with a luxuriously upholstered queen bed, has the advantage of a large window filling the room with natural light and looks out onto the lush, private back garden. The fourth bedroom is cozy with a double bed and single trundle bed that tucks away if not required. All three downstairs bedrooms share the elegantly renovated second bathroom.

When you settle in, you can enjoy leisurely walks along the shore, refreshing swims in the crystal-clear waters, cycle along the shoreline path beyond the back gate and watch the surfers or take the board out for a surf at Hunchy's Surf Break.

Play pool with family and friends while watching sports in the dedicated downstairs games room with a bespoke bar conveniently positioned for easy entertaining. From here, another two spacious entertaining areas extend out from the pool and bar room.
One is the beautiful 10 seater alfresco dining table and lounge room, the other is the well-equipped BBQ kitchen and lounge area. These three areas seamlessly flow through to the back garden via floor to ceiling glass bi-folds doors, which lends itself to entertaining in all types of weather.

From the grand, double story foyer you can access the adjoining garage for more games on our table tennis table. Next to it we have our gym equipment if you feel like a workout. And for those who like to cook, we have an exceptionally well-appointed kitchen and well stocked pantry to ensure that all your culinary endeavours are a breeze.

Our newly renovated home has had every thoughtful detail included with cozy, comfortable beds, high quality pure linen and cotton bedding, soft Egyptian cotton towels and luxuriously furnished to make your stay special.

Explore the charming beachside area of Halls Head with its cafes, restaurants, parks, coastal trails, water sports and fishing, The Mandurah Giants sculptures (one which is a 15 minute stroll out the back gate and along the beach path) and direct access from our back gate to the immaculate sandy beaches at your doorstep.

We have taken the time in our Guest Manual to include our personal recommendations to make your stay feel like you have tapped into the local knowledge of the area.

As this is a luxury coastal rental, we do require from the person booking to be over 26 years of age, no school leavers, parties, events or additional unregistered guests, strictly no smoking or pets allowed (assistance dogs are exempt).
Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning of the BBQ, dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. after you have left. If the cleaning fee is more than the usual cost for cleaning the home, you will be charged the additional costs over & above the cleaning fee.

Our neighbours are permanent residents and live here because it is a peaceful place, so please respect our rules with regard to excessive noise during the day and after 10pm and before 8am. Failure to adhere to this will result in an immediate eviction from the property.
