The Space:
As you enter this single-storey home away from home, you're greeted by a cosy living room with a plush leather sofa and a large smart TV (apps only). Continuing through the home, you'll find bedrooms two and three on the right, each featuring queen-sized beds. The inviting sitting area seamlessly transitions to an outdoor area, complete with an outdoor table that overlooks the pool area and a grassy backyard, perfect for your four-legged friend to enjoy. The open-plan sitting area is adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen, offering all the appliances needed for cooking away from home. Behind the kitchen is the dining room, which features an efficient AC unit that keeps the entire house cool on warm summer days. The master bedroom and bedroom four are conveniently located on either side of the dining room, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom):
The lovely master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, ceiling fan, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.

Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite):
The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Bedroom 2:
Furnished with a plush queen bed, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.

Bathroom 2:
The functional main bathroom is positioned between bedroom 3 and 4, featuring a bathtub, shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Bedroom 3:
Featuring a comfortable queen bed, this room is complete with a ceiling fan and wardrobe space.

Bedroom 4:
The final bedroom is complete with two king single beds, a ceiling fan and wardrobe.

Laundry:
Equipped with a front loader washing machine, dryer and an outdoor clothesline.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park two cars in the garage, plus driveway parking. There is also free street parking available.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the quiet Sunshine Coast suburb of Currimundi and is positioned only a short drive or cycle to the beautiful sands of Currimundi or Dicky Beach. The home is perfectly positioned with easy access to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, local parks, skate parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. A short drive will take you to an array of coastal areas in Caloundra or Kawana with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques to enjoy.

It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the apartment is approximately 250m to Creekside Bvd where bus services are available and operate to Kawana (northbound) and Currimundi/Caloundra (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
