Perfect proximity to beach. Excursions picked up at the beach by us. Great space with our two adult children with us. Walked to restaurants and shops. 2 minute walk to the best beach in the world. Landscaping was beautiful. Outdoor kitchen was awesome.

I had a fantastic stay at South fleetwood Villa, and from the beautiful property along with stunning, walking distance beach and to the amazing, welcoming locals I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay at South fleetwood Villa till next time!! 10/10

We stayed here before, when it was privately owned. What you don't find out until after you book is that check in/out is at another hotel. You have to take a separate taxi each way, so don't bother with the round-trip transfers from the airport. If you do get that option, don't expect them to pick you up for check out. Tinys taxi's phone went right to voice mail and the box was full. We had to hire another taxi service. Still trying to get a refund from Orbitz.

Property is very dated. The water would wildly fluctuate between hot and cold during your shower. Time to put some money into modernizing this. Overall, a decent place to stay for the money but would pick a nicer place the next time.

i loved my stay at south fleet i just wish we were able to get fresh towels while we were there and the washer and dryer is a little pricey to be washing and drying our towels but other then that i highly recommend

Checking in and check out are a hassle, when I realized it and tried to cancel, I was going to be fully charge. Be careful!!! Impossible to return the keys, office was closed and no one picks up the EMERGENCY number.

No check in at resort. I never received info on where and how to check in so when I contacted Expedia agent ace cooper he required me to cancel my 5nites while he searched for an alternative. Only good option he found was at Lodging’s which is at the airport and way overpriced. Ace indicated I had to cancel south Fleetwood to rebook and promised a refund which is now in question. Excellent property in great location, about a 2 minute walk from beach. Comfortable beds and pillows. On-property caretaker Alex is wonderful. It felt quiet and secure. Parts of house can run hot because of layout and A/C set-up, but I think that's pretty typical. I'd be happy to stay here again! A few details that might be helpful to others: The umbrella/chair situation is a little confusing. They provide them in the rooms (good quality) for you to carry to the beach. I thought from the description that there were chairs and umbrellas at the beach-- there are a few lounge chairs reserved that are permanently located at the back of the beach, but you would have to rent the umbrella. This is all fine, but was confusing to sort out at first. The check-in/out requires going by their office and physically picking up/returning the key-- just be aware that the office is near the airport, so it does require going across town from the beach, and you'll need to plan for that extra travel time back and forth on check-out day if you're trying to stay later in the day on the beach. If you plan to cook, my experience was that the kitchen was well-equipped, but anything at all you need to cook with-- salt, oil, anything-- you'll need to buy. There wasn't anything already stocked.

Super cute and just the right size and amenities for a couple to enjoy a few nights. Nice to have the private pool and super nice to be able to walk 1 minute to Grace Bay Beach. Loved that it was gated. Excellent and highly recommended and this is coming from someone that hardly writes reviews!

Property is located in a nice gated complex. You have your own personal beach walkway..which only took 1-2 mins to get your feet in the sand! Our unit came with a cooler and even two beach chairs. We stayed at the sky villa unit, and we even had our own top deck for star gazing at night! Everything was within walking distance. Great place. Would definitely go back!
