Great get a way

Easy check-in, quaint & comfortable rooms. Provided towels, water and seats for the beach. Overall, a very good experience.

Quiet & safe area. Water was nice. Unit was dated but had everything you need. Residential area. Must drive to restaurants. Not too far from Morikami. Best for adults.

This a very nice place to stay in Delray. I give it five star's but not comparing it to the more luxurious vacation hotels like Marriotts and Hiltons. Its a low key efficiency type hotel. The grounds are clean and tropical. The pool is small but never crowded with lounge chairs with umbrellas as well as a patio with bbq. The beach has cabanas which are always available. The room are clean with tv in both the living room area and bedroom. Central A/C that worked great. Small kitchen and 4nseat dining table. Though the furniture is a little dated its clean with no broken parts. Parking has enough spots to oark my car rental. Staff were all pleasant and if you need anything such as ice they were at your door in minutes. For what you pay being on the beach its a very nice stay. I would return without hesitation.

There was a musty smell, dead moths on the kitchenette counter, sand not only in the main bed, but also the pull out couch bed, and a bright shining light directly into the condo. The tv did not turn on and the property is extremely dated. Thankfully, the staff on property (Christianne sp.?) was amazing and did everything she could to accommodate us elsewhere at another property they managed as there were no other rooms at this property and clearly we could not stay in that room as it was unclean. Very disappointed we lost an enjoyable evening of our trip and had to move locations, but happy with our end result at the Dover House. Everyone there was exceptional, and the property was clean, comfortable, and gorgeous!

Berkshire came as advertised - a bit dated, but beautiful grounds and direct access to the beach. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!
