Great North Beach cottage overlooking the dunes, maritime forest and ocean. This location is fabulous, an easy walk to boardwalk #1. Convenient to all Seabrook has to offer: dining, pools, golf, tennis, horseback riding, and biking. This 4 BR, 3.5 BA reverse floor plan home is ideally located. Just a quick walk to the beach and easy access to dining, pools, gym, tennis, golf, bike riding, and equestrian center. 2233 Oyster Catcher has hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen, modern bathrooms, Smart TVs, Xfinity cable, laundry, screen porch and decks. The partial ocean views from the main floor give you breathtaking sunrises and moon lit evenings!
Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom has a Queen bed with a private en-suite bath. A bedroom with a King bed includes a TV and shares access to hall bath. The final bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and has access to the screened porch and first floor deck. Tucked into the laundry closet is a full size washer and dryer. A wide staircase leads to the second floor and main living areas. The comfortable great room features vaulted ceilings, a Smart TV with Xfinity cable and sliders opening onto the deck. Here you will find: a large seating area; gas grill; and lush views of Seabrook's flora, fauna and ocean! The dining area has a table which easily accommodates 8. The fully stocked galley kitchen has all the gadgets a cook could need! An adorable powder bath is off the kitchen. Rounding out this floor is the light-filled master suite with sliders leading to the deck, a King bed and TV. An en-suite bath has a two sink vanity and a walk-in shower.
The outdoor space for this wonderful North Beach cottage has a fabulous outdoor shower to wash off the day's sand, covered storage for chairs, bikes & beach gear, and parking for up to 3 cars. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
