A holiday surrounded by water. The Art Haus holiday home is located on a narrow headland right next to the marina in the Baltic seaside resort of Olpenitz.

The holiday home offers luxurious furnishings on three levels and also has a roof terrace with a 360-degree view of the Schlei, the sailing and sports boat harbour and the Baltic Sea.

The bright living area of the holiday home is located on the ground floor. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can access the spacious terrace, which invites you to enjoy a harbour cinema with an unobstructed view of the marina. A guest WC provides additional comfort.

On the first floor there are two light-flooded bedrooms, which are furnished with exclusive box-spring beds and promise maximum sleeping comfort. A large, bright bathroom with a whirlpool bath offers a direct view of the Schleimünde lighthouse. A wrap-around balcony connects the bathroom and the eastern bedroom. A third bedroom with a breathtaking view of the marina, Schlei and Baltic Sea is located on the second floor.

The adjoining bathroom offers access to the spacious sauna and is a special highlight, as you can enjoy the wellness programme with a view of the Schlei through the panoramic window. An adjoining terrace invites you to relax after your sauna session.

The interior of the holiday home is characterised by a selection of designer furniture, contemporary and high-quality entertainment systems and original works by contemporary artists.
A controlled ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout the house.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to its great popularity. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to three pets are allowed.
