Additional Rules:
🚭 NO SMOKING. Any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.
👞 NO SHOES indoors.
🎉 NO PARTIES. Noise by-law is strictly enforced. There is a $500.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
🐾 PETS are allowed but must be registered at the time of booking. Every pet is an additional fee of $75/per pet and $45 deposit (that will be accredited back if there is no pet damage). No pooping in the suite. No peeing in the suite. Additional $100 cleaning fee for any oopsies!
🚫 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS are permitted to stay overnight. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unregistered guests. Please be honest. Cleaners and inventory are based on the number of guests that occupy the home.
🤫 QUIET TIME starts at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends. However, noise must always be kept at a respectful level. Noise by-laws will be strictly enforced.
🗑️ GARBAGE throughout the unit is to be consolidated into large bags and left in the kitchen or side entrance door upon checkout. Please refer to our Guidebook for garbage/recycling/compost collection details for extended stays.
⏰ CHECK-OUT times are mandatory unless an exception is confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. $75/hour penalty is applicable for unauthorized late check-outs.
🛋️ FURNITURE & DECOR is to remain in its original place at the time of check-out.
🏡 RESPECT FOR NEIGHBOURS must be upheld at all times.
👶 CHILDREN shall not be left unattended.
🔒 LOCK DOORS & WINDOWS before leaving the property.
💡 TURN OFF all lights and heat when not in use.
