Manque de transats pour tout l’hôtel. . Hôtel un peu vieillissant. Proximité des autres chambres. Chambres pas très spacieuses avec des valises.

Todo estuvo muy bien

Henry was great to meet us and show us around.

Since it rains everyday, we were specifically looking for a washer/dryer. On the day we landed we learnt that the dryer was not working. Thanks to Henry for getting our clothes cleaned that day offsite. The next two days were inconvenient.

The location is good. The groundskeeper was great. I enjoyed myself. Would definitely come back.

Badkamer lagen duidelijk haren in van de vorige gasten. Kalkaanslag in de badkamer is te groot …deze accommodatie is vermoeid en wordt duidelijk niet meer goed onderhouden. Handdoeken waren niet schoon. Staat ook te koop;)

Property felt abandoned…It was noted from the entrance..to having a nest of aunts in the bed. There was no ambience to the place. It felt creepy and outdated. The one staff member was nice and attempted to accommodate as much as possible. But the bad definitely outweighed the good. Wouldn’t recommend or go back.

The the door that is the main gate was always open, and that make a little bit insecure. And, the dataphone did not work for any other card that is not from the BAC.

Great location, has a nice pool, it was private and it’s a gated property.

The photos are misleading and outdated. Common area pictures of the listing show more seats and the living room of the villa I ended up booking was smaller than shown in the pictures.

Loved the pool and tropical environment of the courtyard! clean and well kept! AC was great and comfortable beds!

Functional kitchen, comfy beds, ample A/C power and units. Good looking units, two bathrooms. Close to downtown Coco, so every good restaurant and grocery store is a 5-minutes walk. Secured, gated villa. Pool and garden is a perfect haven and clashes with the urban life right outside. The gardener Augustin lives onsite and is very kind. I had a very good stay but I also had earplugs with me.

Two clubs nearby that throw loud music late at night depending on day of week. Close to busy streets so we hear cars and motorcycles without mufflers. Cookware way past their usable life (non-stick coating heavily damaged on most pans). Safe was not functioning but not required either.

The staff were helpful and kind. The pool was nice.

It was right next to a bunch of really loud bars which made Sleeping difficult. The bathroom window was stuck open, bugs got in.

Well laid out accommodations. I was a bit concerned from other posts about the noise from bands on the weekend, but it was no problem, and I am a light sleeper. Augustin and Hazel are both very nice and attentive to any concerns. Nice central location. Very nice pool. Very secure. Only 6 units so the pool area was never crowded.

Could use new bed sheets. Some salt and pepper in the rooms would be nice.

could be loud at night from bar band behind condo on weekends til bar closed. but this was not a deal breaker. we would still book here again!

Location was excellent. Walking distance to grocery stores, beach, and restaurants. Perfect with no rental car.

Shower water was lukewarm. TV reception not great.

Everything about the property was FANTASTIC! Accommodation, cleanliness, location and pool!

The only downside was the thumping music at night from the bar located just behind our unit (#6)….only had two days of quiet. However, we talked to a few of the other guests in different units and we were told with the AC on, it was fine. Don’t forget your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!

Extremely difficult to find, very small sign, name did not match Airbnb booking.

Host was very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed. The location is a 5 min walk to the downtown area and coco beach.

A very secure gated condo apartment property and a very nice and clean 2 BR unit, Nice kitchen with pots, pans utensils, stove, fridge. A seperate dining room area was very nice as was the well furnished living room with TV. The pool court was very nice. AC units throuhout appreciated as were the ceiling fans in BR's. Plenty of bath towels.

No paper towels, dish towel, salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar, niceties which most places I've stayed include, so plan on buying these on arrival. No hot water in the kitchen and bath sinks and only lukewarm to warm in the shower. Contacted the owner through booking and Whatsapp chat and never got a response. Greeted at entrance on arrival by a nice property helper but who spoke no English, we communicated thru translator apps. He did call me a cab for departure.

Locación and friendly service, place was really comfortable and the owner made a very special connection with us.

Nothing, overall a great place.
