In the winter, the trail is perfect for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, connecting to miles of nordic trails at Alyeska Resort.

The house boasts a spacious heated garage with gear wall, ski racks, boot dryers, and a ski/snowboard tuning station, making it a ski/snowboard haven for guests. The cozy sleeping quarters include a primary bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom, smart TV, and walk-in closet, a secondary bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with sturdy built-in bunk beds that can comfortably sleep 6 guests. Blackout curtains and shades in all bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
