The lobby was nice. The hall ways, elevators and rooms were old, musty and outdated. The continental breakfast was just cold cereal! I know it's battle creek but come on, I wish I could have made a waffle.

The property was very nice and close to everything we needed. It was quiet. The staff was helpful. The complimentary continental breakfast had a lot of choices.

Room smelled like mildew when I got there, door clasp was broken and room phone had no dial tone for me to call front desk. I finally just went downstairs and they changed my room but smell was still there. Bathroom is VERY small (like you could only fit one fit between the toilet and the tub) and I found it odd that toilet didn’t have a seat cover. Also they charge you for valet but every time I came into the hotel or had to leave - locating someone to get my car was a hassle. The worst part is that my car keys were left on the valet counter for hours (from the time I dropped them off to go up to my room to when I came down hours later to go out again) No one was at the counter when I came down yet I saw my keys just sitting there so I ended up grabbing them and took my car myself— but the point is ANYONE could have seen the key fob, clicked the buttons and took off with my car. They reimbursed me one night valet when front desk found out about this incident but still not justifiable. I would never stay here again.

I was abruptly moved rooms in the middle of the night. The ac covering was broken exposing sharp edges, with my 3 year old staying in the room also, it was an accident waiting to happen and the ac in the room we were moved to did not function properly only blowing out small amounts of cold air and sounded like a chain saw. At one time this was a beautiful hotel but recently has fallen under great disrepair.

Bathroom in pool area reeked of cigarettes, fire alarm at midnight, no one answered phones to bring towels, ice machine broken. Not a good experience.

No parking, hotel wasn’t clean. Wouldn’t stay again.

Decent quick stop hotel. Parking is an issue, and the room needed some updates. A/C unit was very loud. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.

Rooms were clean and the bed was good. But there is hard to find a place to have a good dinner

We stayed 2 nights, the breakfast was only good if you like cereal, and maybe a bagel if they dont run out. They put us next to the presidential suite and they were screaming until past 1am and my child and I could not sleep. They did not clean my room yet I paid the same for both nights. I had to go ask for shampoo and dry towels. Lastly you have to pay $10 per day for valet, so hopefully you dont want your car fast.
