As soon as you enter, you will find on the ground floor a large living/dining room as well as an open kitchen, both offering panoramic views of the sea. Take the spiral staircase to the upper floor where you will discover a master suite, with its en-suite bathroom and private balcony. Two other bedrooms are also available, each with the possibility of having two single beds or a double bed, and each with their own bathroom.
The house also has a separate annex that can be completely self-contained. It has a spacious living room with a small separate kitchen, and upstairs you will find the bedroom and bathroom. This annex also offers beautiful panoramic views of the sea.

Its tranquility and seafront location, with direct access to the beach from the garden, make it the ideal holiday home!

The little extras you won\'t find elsewhere? Bed and bath linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket of 100% local products and a digital welcome booklet explaining the workings of the house and advising you on activities to do, tourist sites to visit or nearby restaurants.

In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d\'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the Maritime Museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Fine Arts Museum...

For children (and adults!) you will also find nearby the \'La récré des 3 curés\' amusement park or Océanopolis, one of the largest aquariums in Europe.
For the more sporty, there are beautiful spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle boarding or surfing nearby. For golfers, there are several courses nearby, including the Abers golf course. There is something for everyone!
