This vintage 2-bedroom cabin features the original wooden floors, walls and artfully crafted cabinetry. With a cozy living room, sofa bed and fireplace, it is perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, beach or other outdoors exploring.

This cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the woods and is ideal for families with young children or avid outdoors fans who enjoy the peace and quiet of a classic chalet in the woods yet in town and close to all amenities.

The upstairs master bedroom includes a queen bed and a dedicated work space with ample storage.
Living room, kitchen, restroom and the second bedroom are on main floor.
The second bedroom includes a daybed with trundle ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for everyone. Please note that the access to the restroom is through this room and as such it has limited privacy.
There is also an attic space that can be used as a kids sleeping or play area which is accessible via a small rope ladder. Please see photos for details.

High quality sound system and 4 K Roku Smart TV for streaming in living room.
Oil and spices for cooking / Shampoo/conditioner/body wash for few days and a blow dryer. There is also an attic space that can be used as sleeping/play area for kids but attention must be paid to the low ceiling and beams.
New memory foam mattresses with %100 cotton sheets.

*Additional House Rules*:
-We have wildlife and insects on and/or around the property. This includes but is not limited to bears, coyotes, snakes, bats, skunks, squirrels, hawks, spiders, flies, ants, mice, rats, moths, etc. Guest agrees to respect wildlife and not engage with and/or feed wild animals. Keep windows and doors closed to prevent wildlife from entering. THERE ARE BEARS!
- Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture, as it can damage the hardwood floors.
- Charcoal bbq, open flames or candles are not allowed. Fires are only permitted in the fireplace only and only with firewood and provided starters. Absolutely no lighter fluid or duraflames allowed.
- Families with young children please book at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. There are stairs and hot wood burning fireplace. Attic use is for kids Age 6- 11 years only and by making a booking you agree to assume all responsibilities regarding potential head bumps/accidents due to the low ceiling/beams.
- Street parking is prohibited at all times. You may park a maximum of 2 cars in the front yard.
- Please note that for the safety of our property 3 video surveillance are in operation in the front, side, and backyard areas. Any attempts to turn off, disable move, redirect or cover the cameras is prohibited.
- The house may accommodate no more than 8 individuals (including children) at any time for safety reasons. Any additional non-sleeping guests must be approved by the owner in advance.
- Excessive noise is not allowed at any time quiet hours are 10 pm - 8am. We ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise levels to a minimum.
- All garbage must be placed in the bear box. Do not leave garbage on top of or beside the bear box. Ensure the bear box is securely closed. Violations of this rule will result in a fine. Garbage collection occurs on Wednesday mornings.
