Private: well-kept garden 300 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Pergola. Storeroom available. Parking on the premises. Shop 400 m, supermarket, restaurant, bakery, sandy beach, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 800 m, walking paths from the house 400 m. Nearby attractions: Aquarium Marin 1.7 km, Complexe aquatique Le Forum 1.8 km. Hiking paths: GR 34.

Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with sliding door, panoramic window with dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings with rooflight, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Le propriétaire discret mais très gentil. Maison propre et fonctionnelle . Très bien située plage et tous les beaux coins à visiter de 5 à 10min en voiture .

Lage sehr gut, Haus okay, sehr schöner Ort, ruhige Lage Reisetipps: es gibt viele Restaurants, alle okay, schöne Umgebung, viele nette, kleine Orte,Strand schön, Felsen + Klettern super interessant, reizvolle Umgebung

The kitchen wasn't very well equipped but had most essentials. Asked for a baby cot and baby chair. Was charged for the use of these from the agency. Although the charge was minimal this wasn't made clear at time of booking. Only one set of keys were provided for entry to the property. Traveller tips: Tregastel is a very beautiful little French village full of friendly locals. The French bread from any of the bakeries is fantastic. Views and walks at the sea side are plentiful as are nice white sand beaches.
