gutes Frühstück, Rezeption sehr Hilfsbereit, Zimmer sind OK sie benötigen einen Auffrischung. Die Lage ist super gelegen, 5 mn zu Fuss zum Agonda Strand. Es hat alles was es braucht.
Plus ist der mit Quellwasser gefüllten Pool - das Wasser ist angenehm kühl.
die Lage des 1. Zimmer - ist zu offen gelegt - bereits gemeldet. Man isst eigentlich lieber draussen als in der Anlage - weil dies wohl alle Gäste so machen - hat den Vorteil, dass es sehr ruhig ist, wenn sich aber das Management mehr Leute zum Abendessen möchte, dann müssten sie sich etwas überlegen - z.B. nebst den Daily Special Board am Eingang der Anlage - die Gäste motivieren halt nicht draussen zu essen mit specials ... je nachdem ob das gewollt ist oder nicht, denn am Schluss des Weges liegt ja bereits die 1. Streetbar/Café/Restaurant.

The location was perfect, you are really close to the beach and lots of bars. The rooms are super comfortable with really big beds, and the staff are lovely and very accommodating. WiFi works very well.
The photos are quite old so it looks a bit different in person.

The location was good.
The whole site felt a constricted and dark. The rooms were dark and not that well appointed. You had to ask for the hot water to be turned on anytime you wanted to take a shower as you didn’t have anything in the room that allowed you to turn the water on. The rooms were a little dated and the furniture old fashioned and tired. The pool looked nice in the pictures but again there was no fresh water being pumped into the pool and it didn’t look that clean so we didn’t use it. Had one breakfast at the hotel but after that had breakfast out, even though it was included in the room rate.

Tucked away from the main road.
Pictures did not represent the property at all, the room was dilapidated, unclean and poorly maintained such as paint splatters on light fixtures and peeled paint all over the walls. The bed dipped in the middle and one hard pillow given per person. Not good value for money given that other hotels at the same price point were far better.

Tropic gardens provided a cool environment with privacy within cottages and on balcony.
Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and accomodating, assisting whenever needed.
Food was great and staff were happy to alter to suit dietary requirements.
Rooms were a very good size, aircon worked well with comfy chairs on balcony.

Great value for money, great location just near the beach and some great restaurants etc. Easy to tuk tuk to Kola beach or Kakolem beach (our fav) or even down to Patnem or Palolem. The staff were very helpful and always present. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a bar there that we had access to for beers and water at good prices too.
The photos on booking.com seem quite old and it looks different now everything is quite overgrown but this new more jungly feel might be more appealing to some.

Quiet location, outside bathroom, nice decor
Pool didn’t seem clean enough to swim in when we arrived. Free breakfast options were very basic and limited, not good for dietary restrictions. Only one window, so room was very dark during the day.

We loved the djungle feeling of the accomodation - its giving you a lot of intimacy at the small terrace infront of your room. The bar/reception was always open and very helpfull. They helped us organize small trip to spice farm. After our stay we decided to stay longer at Agonda beach but unfortunatelly the Cinnamon was fully booked already. To my suprice the manager of this accomodation was super helpfull and helped us to get another accomodation!
We were two friends so we wanted two seperate beds - that was unfortunatelly not possible to do due to the mosketiere construction above the each bed. Just a little inconvinience with hot water. You have to think when you want to have the shower and tell people at the reception to put on the heater. But otherwise everything is working properly.

Property is near to the beach, dining options are available, within property food is also good
The property is not clean and hygienic, The pool is also small and unhygienic. The A/C is not functioning properly, tap water is very slow and you need to really wait to fill the bucket, The shower is impossible because the water force is not so good, while bathing in bathroom you can see snail, lizard, frog, red ants, so beware while visiting to bathroom, complementary water is not a mineral water it is inhouse filtered water so be careful while drinking bottle water provided by them.

location is superb…very cozy atmosphere feels like living in nature…staff was really good…especially Rajesh who was managing the property…very friendly and always smiling. I would totally recommend a stay at cinnamon and me personally would like to come stay here again.
there’s nothing much to complaint, only thing is they should have proper name boards to guide us till the property who comes there for first time…otherwise nothing much.

The property exceeded my expectations - Amazing value for money, Very clean rooms with big, comfortable bed and loved the tree in the bathroom! Included breakfast was also excellent and freshly cooked. The pool was a bonus and not very common in Goa. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend

the vibe since its seclude and cozy
Room service could improve...there was no proper hot water during our stay...we hardly got half bucket of hot wtaer for bathing everyday...and tehre was regular power fluctuation.

We liked the atmosphere and the fact it is a quiet place. This is what we were looking for. Rooms are clean, breakfast are very tasty, staff is extremely helpful.

The pictures do not represent the reality at all. The place is outdated, bed uncomfi and old, shower was bad with barely any water pressure, airco super loud, swimming pool looks completely different and uninviting, etc
For half the price we've paid my review might have been different. But for a more high end price (63€ a night + tax), this is very low value. We've booked this because the pictures looked amazing and were very inviting to give ourselves a special retreat .. which it wasn't.

On arriving to Cinnoman i new straight away that theres a famliy vibe from the staff towards the guests.
Everyone was so helpful.
Cottages are spacesous and kept extremely clean.
Food was amazing especially the barbacues.
Situated in a perfect location to explore Agonda .
Also a very safe and secure premises.

The pool is a big plus not offered by almost any other resort. It is a good size and an excellent temperature, just slightly colder than the sea and very refreshing.
The dining area is charming, surrounded by a number of well pruned palm trees.
The staff were helpful and willing but the management is poor and appears only interested in their profit, not their customers' experience. They have imposed strict and disobliging rules on the staff, such as inflexibility about breakfast combinations despite advertising flexibility, and withholding Happy Hour while advertising it on the blackboards.
The cultivation of palms around the chalets means that there is nowhere within the resort that has full sun, and nowhere to sunbathe, although Agonda beach nearby offers acres and acres of opportunity for that

it was a peaceful location. lovely shaded cottages with outdoor seating area. the foliage gave each cottage a lot of privacy. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. it was well situated for the beach, shops and restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.
