the location was amazing and it was very clean.

it was one room/definitely a loft. fine for one couple NOT two.

The location and the appliances were good. The hosts were available when needed.

The ad said that parking was includes, which was one of accommodations' mains characteristics for us, since we would be arriving by car and LA is a city in which a vehicle is very important, mainly if you are a tourist. But, to our unfortunate surprise, a few hours before arriving, the hosts sent us a message informing that parking wasn't available any longer, since they've had an issue with some previous guests. As an alternative, they offered for us to park on the street, saying it was extremely easy to find a spot, even giving a parking permit for the area. Although, that was not the reality. We struggled to find a space almost every night - one of the worsts things that can happen after a whole day of activities. Even worse, LA city has a policy in which you can't park on the street in some days due to street cleaning or others city events, so we had to manage our schedule around the hours we could park on the street, which is a very disturbing circumstance when you book (and pay) for an accommodation that claims to have a place for your car. We were very unhappy by the whole situation. Furthermore, the AC was okay for the weather, because it was not very hot, but during the summer I can assure the temperature of room can be an issue.
