The lobby looks like a storage room instead of a lobby. The people who work in the reception are in a cage window. The breakfast offered very poor and there are not tables or chairs to have your coffee. You have to take it to your room, because the lobby and breakfast aria are used for storing. I need one bed but I have 2 beds in the room, makes the room very crowded. The mattresses was old you can feel the springs. Was advised on check-in to pay the deposit in cash for quick return. On the morning of my checkout, the receptionist went to the room to check if everything is in order before the refund of the deposit. Took longer to return. My taxi arrived and left without it. We talked over the phone on my way to the airport and told her to put it on my card since they have my card information, but was told to pick it up in person.

We couldnt hear a word the clerk was saying. Then she popped a $50 security deposit on us, on top of out nightly room fee. When we walked into our room we immediately noticed a roach crawling on the nightstand. So my husband requested a new room, which they gave us just on the other side of the hallway. This room seemed fine until you looked at the wall length mirror over the beds that looked to have a hole (assumption: from a bullet) and something splattered above the bed on the ceiling. Least of our concerns but still disappointing were the pillows, lack of any comforters and the burning smell from the GFI in the bathroom when you plugged anything in.

This is a decent, basic, no frills place, that was fine for our purpose. It was clean and had a small fridge and microwave, but no coffee pot or hairdryer. No place to sit for the breakfast offered, which was extremely minimal, but overall was fine for a quick overnight stay!

Stay away!! I never leave reviews but I need to warn others! Terrible area...im so thankful our car was there in mornings when we woke up! Room was disgusting floors havent been vacuumed in atleast a month and i wish i was exaggerating! AC cycled on and off every 10 minutes and was told nothing could be done and then cherry on top was a family above was stomping and jumping until 2am! When i told lady downstairs she said she would call and let them know they had noise complaint....only to find out she definitely knew them cause she called on spot from her personal phone and acted like she was talking to her friend! Brekfast? HA basically white bread and mini muffins just sitting on a plate out in the open! THANK GOD we only needed to stay one night but that was still to long! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!
