This listing represents the top floor of the house only which is separated from the basement level and has a separate driveway. The basement is currently under construction and will be added to the property upon completion.

The owner lives on the premises working with the construction workers on the basement project. We plan on working during the 10-4pm timeframe during the week. Schedule changes can be made to adjust work schedule to reduce any noise upon request.

Guests should be prepared to see typical construction movement and materials behind the house.

3 friendly dogs live with the owner and love to meet everyone.. They can be kept inside if needed to accommodate guests with non-friendly dogs or allergies.

We take your experience personally and have built a custom home atmosphere for you to feel at home.

PLEASE NOTE : No Fighting, Smoking allowed in the sunroom room only or outside, No Rearranging of furniture , No Shoes on the furniture and be mindful of the walls.

Violators will be fined per occurrence. Please be mindful of the walls and all amenities to avoid been charged. NO SHOES ON CARPET OR INSIDE THE ROOM, there’s a shoe rack by the door with a dog paw towel next to it.

Please note there’s camera outside of the property facing the street for your safety, NO camera inside the house.


Guest access
The top level of the house is entirely yours throughout the rental period (unshared). The basement level is separated by deadbolted doors. You will have access to the entire home. We will provide a unique code to the main door prior to your arrival, so late arrivals are no problem. You simply come to the front door, enter the code and gain access to the property.
