Accommodating one king bedroom, three queen bedrooms, and a fifth room with two king singles, everyone will find comfort. The expansive backyard boasts stunning waterfront views, ideal for relaxing or hosting outdoor gatherings, complete with an undercover deck for alfresco dining and a BBQ. Watch sunsets from the private upstairs balcony. With parking for five vehicles, A/C downstairs, and fans throughout, this home blends functionality with beauty, making it perfect for family gatherings and unforgettable moments in the heart of the Gold Coast.

- Pontoon access will be approved on request only; the backyard fence gate that leads to pontoon on the water is locked.
