The space
Conveniently located in the enclave of Pembroke Pines, this waterfront pool home is the perfect getaway.

The main house features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional game room with a pull out sofa bed. A fifth en suite bedroom and full bathroom is located just off the pool, with a private entrance.

Walking into the home you are immediately invited with warm neutral tones, tons of natural light beaming through the windows, and large living spaces.

The living room is open and inviting, with a large entertainment area.

The dining room provides tons of space for hosting a romantic dinner or a family brunch.

The guest house has its own entrance separate from the pool area. While it is not a detached house, it is not accessible through the main house. All the other rooms are located within the same house.
