The Space:
You will have access to the whole house. In this house you will find a spacious living room/dining room combined with a door to separate the two should you wish to do so. The kitchen is located at the back of the property and has the fridge, oven and washing machine within. This kitchen leads to a small garden space. Up the stairs from the living room, there is the bathroom straight ahead of you. Next to the bathroom is two further bedrooms. The larger bedroom is at the front of the house with a double bed. The smaller room at the back of the house has a single bed. The house has central heating throughout. The thermostat is found in Living room at the bottom of stairs.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole property.

The Neighborhood:
The home is just a 5 min walk to the Holderness Road area and Mount Pleasant shopping complex which has many local amenities and shops, yet far enough away to have a quiet retreat. Close to the Port of Hull (7 minute) drive which could make the perfect overnight stay before taking the ferry.
It is also a 10 minute drive to the Siemens Games Renewable Energy site.
It is also 5 minutes by road to Hull City Centre.

Getting Around:
Taxi services are easy to come by in the area.
The Port of Hull is a 7 minute drive away.
Holderness Road has many bus routes which operate to the city centre.
The closest train station will be the city centre (Hull Paragon) which is about an 8 minute drive.
