Guests have access to the entire home, pool, and yard.

Guests also have access to the community's private boat ramp and fishing dock, just steps away from the house.

The beach is an easy ~10-minute walk from the home with deeded access on Cutlass Ln and Merrimac Ln

Please note that this property has a pool available in season (approximately the end of April through mid-October) that can be heated for $400 a week.
