Maison qui mériterait d'avoir une climatisation, le ménage est médiocre, le wifi à payer en plus devrait être compris. Nous sommes arrivés à 15 h 45 par 38 ° en plein soleil après 8 heures de route et nous avons dû attendre 16 h pile pour avoir les clés alors que la maison était prête. Prévoir également des draps adaptés aux lits car dormir dans un lit en 140 avec des draps de 90 c'est pas terrible ! Le jardinier et le pisciniste sont venus à l'improviste donc organisation à revoir !

la cuisine à été refaite et est parfaitement équipée. la piscine va être refaite. le linge de maison fourni est à revoir, qualité médiocre pour les serviettes de bain et très basse qualité pour les draps. les coussins sont en nombre insuffisant et de mauvaise qualité. wifi orange parfaite manque petite cave à vin... maison très bien tenue dans l'ensemble.

Ein tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage. Die Nachbarn haben keinen Einblick auf das Grundstück und man selber schaut auf einen tiefergelegenen Golfplatz. Der Pool ist groß und sauber und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 MInuten am Strand oder in Lacanau Ocean. Mit dem Auto dauert es etwas länger.

Sehr geräumig, ruhig, toller pool, relativ große schlafzimmer mit ensuite bad. Schöner wohn/ess/küchenbereich Negativ: Bei bezug nicht sauber genug! Kein baguette service! Zum brot kaufen nach lacanau ocean!

Lage top. Ansonsten leider alles lieblos: viele Lampen defekt, fehlendes Standardzubehör in der Küche, Haus wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt übergeben. Keine Auflagen für die Liegen usw. Eine reine Geldanlage. Reisetipps: Die Region ist traumhaft, die Lage auf dem Golfplatz top.
