The main floor features 2 spacious bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, perfect for family or guests.

The second floor includes a yoga room and a walk-in bathroom.

The kitchen opens up beautifully to the dining and living areas, ideal for everyday living and entertaining.

Guest access:
- Guest will receive a unique door code upon check-in.

Other things to note:
- Copies of Valid Government Photo IDs required upon the reservation is confirmed.

- Your safety is our priority, we have several exterior cameras for security during your stay. Of course, NO interior cameras.

- Security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000.

- Pet is NOT allowed. The homeowner has pet allergies - $500 Deep Cleaning Fee.

- Smoking is NOT allowed inside and outside of the house. This includes vaping, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers. By accepting the reservation you agree to reimburse us $250 for air cleaning if you do any of the named forms of smoking in the guesthouse.

- Party is NOT allowed - $500 Deep Cleaning Fee.

- We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises or its facilities. Additionally, we are not responsible for losing personal belongings or valuables to guests. By accepting this reservation, guests acknowledge and assume all risks of harm that may arise from their use of the premises, as well as from the use of the premises by anyone they invite.

- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

- We hope our valued guests will treat our house just as they would treat their possessions.
