Communication with the host was excellent. Very clear instructions and provided the information in a timely manner. It did appear that we had a balcony which was not the case. Although we did have a lake view which was nice. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary kitchen equipment which was appreciated. The downfall in my opinion was the cleanliness. The main surface areas were clean but I found the areas under the couch and even the air vent needed a deeper cleaning. This would not be an issue for most but with young children, this was area for improvement. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would consider a return trip.

The property was amazing and very accommodating. We traveled with 4 teenagers and was looking for everything they liked to do on one place. The condo offered just that. The thing that impressed me even more than the condo itself were the people that lived in the building. Everyone we passed in the hallways and public areas were so friendly and inviting. They even had a “laundry gremlin”. Someone who checked the laundry room periodically to move people clothes over and even fold them. 10/10 overall experience

It was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and the owner was very helpful with anything I needed! I would definitely recommend staying there! I have 3 girls and they had a wonderful time!

Amazing place! Great location and everything was very clean. My only complaint was no laundry in unit and only two bath towels. Pool was a great addition!

Excellent manager communication. The place was older and felt like a senior home. Smelled like a senior living home. Views were good. The misleading information on amenities…. Says gas hot tub but doesn’t and this was disappointing because it had been colder than expected and raining leaving my teenagers with looking for a hot tub that didn’t exist. Game room locked had to find out how to get in, and then a board meeting was taking place down there so we couldn’t utilize. Clean, but not family friendly really. Felt like we stayed in a retirement home and had to be super quiet and nothing to do at the place itself.

3 night stay for the April 8th Solar Eclipse. Originally thought we'd view the eclipse from Hot Springs National Park, but the condo property (on Lake Hamilton) was far better. The condo was well maintained, clean, modern, and the neighbors and other guests very friendly. I only needed to contact Dee once and found her friendly and helpful. We ate most of our meals in the condo but did have dinner at Little Italy Pizza and departing breakfast at Waffle House.

This was a last minute rental. We were mostly happy with the accommodations. We had an issue with the water temperature of one the showers but in all fairness never reached out to the property manager. It maybe could have been an easy fix. Overall, it was a great price and we were happy we booked this property!

My wife and I, her sister and husband made a spur of the moment decision to go to Hot Springs for the weekend. This condo was perfect for 2 couples. It was clean and had a nicely furnished kitchen. Dee Dee was awesome to work with. Would love to stay here again.

We loved this condo so much. The location on the lake provides the most beautiful sunset! The condo is very clean, spacious, and had lovely amenities…soft towels and linens, comfortable beds and pillows. The pool area is very nice and the setting is serene and quiet. It was lovely. The owner provides extras that made our stay easy like…pool towels, games, a nice TV set up, and a Keurig with flavored coffee and hot cocoa. It’s a beautiful gated property with covered parking and was very safe. Thank you for a great home base for our mother-daughter vacation!

This was a last minute booking for a NYE weekend family getaway. Booking was fast and easy. Dee Dee's communication was wonderful and seamless. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. We were so happy with our choice to book the condo vs a hotel room. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, and the space is unmatched - especially for family gatherings. Thank you Dee Dee for the beautiful accommodations. We look forward to coming back.
