- Bedrooms: The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second offers two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, perfect for a family. Beds are made up on arrival for immediate comfort.

- Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower and quality fittings, including a washing machine. The WC is separate for added convenience. Towels are provided for your use.

- Kitchen and living room: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle... It opens onto the living room where there is a dining table for 4 and a comfortable sofa facing the TV, ideal for relaxing with the family.

- Balcony: Enjoy fine weather on the balcony furnished with table and chairs, perfect for a sunny breakfast or a quiet evening admiring the floral park.

Le Floraline is located in a quiet, leafy neighborhood opposite the Parc Floral des Thermes. You're just a few minutes' walk from downtown Aix-les-Bains, where you'll find restaurants, cafés, boutiques and local markets. The Thermes, perfect for spa treatments or moments of relaxation, are also nearby. This neighborhood combines tranquility with proximity to the city's main attractions.
