☆☆ IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ☆☆
• Our goal is for you to feel at home and have a carefree vacation. Therefore, you’ll find our cabin fully stocked with items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hygiene products and so much more.
• You’ll find many little touches for an eco-friendly stay.
• You’ll have access to the entire cabin except for the owner’s closet.
• The driveway offers parking for 4-6 cars. However, please note that the turn-around space is somewhat tight, so fitting more than 4 vehicles may be a challenge.
• The road leading to the cabin is curvy and steep but is only shared with the few other cabins in the community. After the second to last turn, the road becomes one lane but is shared with only one cabin at that point. After the final turn, the only destination is our cabin. Due to the steep grade and windy road, AWD is required in winter months and recommended throughout the year.
• Check-in is a breeze with digital locks while your custom door code provides safety.
• Per our house rules, you will be required to sign a renter’s agreement at the time of booking where a copy of your ID will be requested. Please be sure your name, photo and birth year are visible.
• Minimum renter’s age is 25.
• Per our house rules, you will be required to schedule a $500 security deposit hold at the time of booking. The hold is processed the day before your check-in and as long as the cabin and property are left in good condition, it is released within 3 days of your check-out.
• We understand that accidents happen. As part of your reservation, you will receive accidental damage protection for up to $1,500 (exclusions apply). We kindly ask that you inform us of any damages in a timely manner. If the damage was caused by negligence, breaking of house rules or it falls under the exclusions, it may be withheld from your security deposit. Communication is key. Likewise, should you find anything broken upon arrival, please notify us right away so that we can correct the situation for you in a quick and timely manner.
• There is no smoking or vaping in the cabin or on the decks. Should you choose to smoke, please use the dedicated area on the driveway.
• For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras facing outward only from the cabin and the studio.
• There are no refunds for weather. We suggest you consider purchasing travel insurance for possible cancellations.
• Safety is paramount to us! Therefore, we've thought of every detail so that you don't have to worry while on vacation. You'll find items such as: flashlights, mini lanterns, first aid kits, fire extinguishers and emergency escape ladder all strategically placed throughout the cabin.
