Mackenzie Plaza is centrally located, just a 5-minute drive from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Downtown Revelstoke. You can easily access the town via designated bike paths or by walking to the nearby shuttle stop for a convenient ride. The Revelstoke Resort Shuttle, which operates year-round, stops right at Mackenzie Plaza. Additionally, Mackenzie Plaza is on BC Transit Route 5. For the latest schedule and fare details, please visit their website.
A code will be provided and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed
Secondary Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed
Living Room - 1 Double Sofa Bed
Relax in the living room, where ample seating and a smart TV await. Two full bathrooms ensure ample space for everyone, and the unit comes with a washer and dryer for easy long-term stays. The open-plan dining area and fully stocked kitchen are ideal for cooking and unwinding after a day of adventure. Outside, the generous patio features comfortable seating, a new full-sized hot tub, and a BBQ for your enjoyment.
HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- you will be in the third building on the left, Building 3, Level 4, Unit 3408
Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved underground parking stall (8'4" clearance). The strata does not permit RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks in the parking garage. There is some street parking available for additional vehicles. Note that the ground level parking lot is reserved for customers of the plaza shops, and the Strata may tow vehicles in this lot overnight.
A shovel is provided on the deck for snow removal.
Additionally, some development work is ongoing at MacKenzie Plaza, so we recommend researching thoroughly before making your booking.

My partner and I had an extremely pleasant stay at Gracias Ridge Getaway.
Amazing location, just a couple minutes drive from Revelstoke mountain resort. Downstairs there is a brand new gym, little spoon cafe and liquor store (and more to come it seems!).
This 2 bedroom apartment is clean and convenient. You have a fully equipped kitchen, underground parking and bike storage. Best of all a hot tub on the balcony!
