You will have the beautiful quiet farm view here, and just 4 minute drive to enjoy coffee and the German food at Hahndorf main town, and also only 20 minute drive to give a big cuddle from the Koala in Cleland Wildlife Park.
You will have the whole house to enjoy a private holiday, have a great break here!

If you stay on Thursday night, please take the rubbish bins out and leave them in front of the gate.
The rubbish will be collected every Friday morning.
1.Please DO NOT GO INTO THE VINEYARD, the vines are easily get sick, so please do not go into there.

2.There is a pond next to they vineyard, it's quite deep and not save to swims there, especially KEEP YOUR CHILD AWAY FROM THE POND.

3. IF THERE IS ANY FIRE TRUCK'S FEE, THEY WILL BE PAID BY GUEST. Especially be careful when using heaters, they are easily make a lot of smoke if you didn't burn the woods in a correct way, and those smoke will easily turn the fire alarm on.

4. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE IN A TIDY STATE. All full rubbish bags should be tightened and placed in the respective colored bins before you leave. Dishes should be cleaned and put away back into the cabinets. All toys and games should be returned to their original location. This will help us reduce our cleaning costs and therefore we can keep the accommodation costs down so that future guests can continue to enjoy this accommodation.
Extra Cleaning costs may apply to you if you have left the house in a messy state.
All cleaning products are under the sink and in the laundry for your use.

5. Garbage pickups are done every Friday Morning. If you are staying on Thursday Night, Please take the rubbish bins out and leave them at the kerbside.
