BACKYARD/PATIO
This home features a private patio from the kitchen with outdoor seating, a propane fire pit and a BBQ (propane included.) The fully fenced backyard features a private hot tub and plenty of space for kids or pets to roam safely. Please note that the backyard/hot tub access is shared with the lower-level guests (if present.)


LAUNDRY
This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.

PARKING
You will have access to the private driveway with space for up to 2 vehicles. Please note that the driveway is shared with the lower-level guests (if present), and an additional two parking spaces are allocated to them.

CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.


Invermere - a town that most only believes exists in fables and folklore until they come to visit. Nestled between the famed Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, this small town is the perfect vacation destination for any time of year on stunning Lake Windemere. The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveller.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to

● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.

● Kinsmen Beach (10 min walk): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.

● The Farmer’s Market (15 min walk): Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s Market.

● Radium Hot Springs (20 min drive): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

● The Whiteway (10 min walk/3 min drive): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.



**Please note that this is the upper level of a bungalow and that the lower-level suite may be separately rented out during your stay. These guests have a separate entrance to their suite but have shared access to the driveway, backyard and hot tub. If you wish to rent the full house, please look for our other listing called Alpenglow Bungalow. **


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

8. Finally, please note that the driveway, backyard and hot tub are shared with the lower-level guests (if present). Please be respectful of these shared spaces.
