Whether you're here to relax on the beach, explore the local wine region, or enjoy a family getaway, our townhouse offers the perfect base for your Mornington Peninsula adventure.

| Living and Dining: An open-plan area perfect for relaxation and socialising.
| Entertainment: WiFi, Netflix and a foosball table, perfect for a wet day inside.
| Outdoor Living: A alfresco dining deck with retractable awning, leading off of the main living with a perfectly manicured garden, as well as an upstairs balcony off the retreat, with superb views over the bay.
| Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances.

Downstairs:
| Master bedroom: King Bed with Ensuite
| Bunk Room: Double bed lower bunk, with single bed on the top bunk.

Upstairs:
| Queen Room with access to the Main Bathroom

| Retreat with the option of a fold out sofa bed upon request.

Guest Access:
All guests will be sent a guidebook with access details, and further information on the property that is relevant to their stay.

House Rules (Important, please read)

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:

1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties, valid drivers license / ID required.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies..
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 11 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking - There is space for 2 cars in the driveway and one in the garage.

For non-airbnb bookings a security bond hold is charged 3 days before booking and released 3 days post. The bond is $500.
