Tucked into the heart of the San Juans, this beautiful lakefront home boasts a 180-degree view of Village Lake, a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a private dock (coming spring 2025), and so much more. Whether preparing for a day of adventure by sipping hot coffee on the lakefront deck or unwinding in front of the roaring fireplace after your adventures, Majestic Lakefront Escape is the ultimate vacation home, perfect for any time of the year.
This four-bedroom home will accommodate everyone with ease, including twin bunks for the kids. There is also a king primary suite, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two double bunks. There are two full baths, great views of the lake from the kitchen, and dining and living room areas. Two of the upper bedrooms include access to private decks. There is a large backyard with a deck table and chairs and private dock (coming Spring 2025).

**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. For your safety, 4 Wheel Drive/All Wheel Drive or two wheel drive with accessible chains or cables are recommended for Colorado travel November-May.

- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home
- Ask about extended stay rates
