Casa sul fiume! In arrivo per questa estate: piattaforma da 16 "x 16" di grandi dimensioni presso l'area della riva del fiume e 10 'x 10' pontile galleggiante con passerella con ringhiera. Splendida cucina recentemente rinnovata / sala da pranzo / soggiorno / sala grande, bagni aggiornati, balcone fantastico con vista sull'acqua e ampio terreno con cortile piatto per giocare e accesso al fiume leggermente in pendenza. Vasca idromassaggio sul ponte che si affaccia sul fiume. Ottimo per una vacanza rilassante, una vacanza in famiglia, un weekend per ragazze, una pesca in acciaio e salmone o una base per la degustazione di vini.
Fuga da tutto a casa meravigliosamente aggiornato con cucina tutta nuova e grande sala. Camino a gas. Accesso privato al fiume per la pesca o semplicemente per esplorare. Grande lotto con molto spazio per il divertimento all'aria aperta. Ponte fantastico con vista sul fiume. Circondato da alti alberi di sequoia. 3 camere da letto (non ancora aggiornate), 2 bagni aggiornati. We had the idea of a lazy summer river hang and this house was it. Right on the Russian River. Kayaks for your personal use...tons of places to spread out both inside and out... can't wait to come back to the Russian River...

We loved our stay at the Riverfront! We were looking for a relaxing place to stay during the long holiday weekend and this place checked all the boxes! The location from downtown is great and easy to go explore or catch a dinner reservation. We loved how the house was right on the river and equipped with plenty of kayaks to enjoy the water for the whole crew. Hot tub was great for the evening and kids loved it! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Great location and loved the fenced in yard for the dog. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the fireplace. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time so we didn’t get to enjoy the decks and riverside seating but the rain made for a cozy experience. A short jaunt to Goat Rock Beach and the redwood forest. The only disappointment was no cable for the TV which limited local channels. We would definitely revisit this property but maybe in the summer when we can enjoy River activities.

This was the perfect house for us. Living space with a remodeled kitchen open to the living space was great. Beautiful area right on the river.

We loved our stay in this cozy place by the Russian River. The new kitchen had all we needed to prepare many of our own meals, and the beds were comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed lounging down by the river for our first cup of morning coffee and evening drinks. Thanks for hosting a memorable visit with our adult kids whom we rarely get to see together!

For a last minute trip to the Russian River I found this property had vacancy for 2 nights during the week. I thought the listing was well organized with information. Jaysa the owner was easy to communicate with and made the booking very easy.
The house itself sits riverside and is as advertised. The nice thing about this house is that it’s not just a rental, but clearly used by the owners - so it’s in much better shape than other properties we have rented in past years.
You can tell a lot about a homes cleanliness by looking at the bottom of your feet after walking around the interior. In nearly 100 percent of rentals the bottoms of feet are black with dirt. Not here! This property is properly cleaned.
It is furnished comfortably and attractively. The kitchen is well stocked with ample utensils, appliances, etc. Although I brought my own sugar and spices etc - it was nice seeing that the pantry contained ample amounts of those items.
There were plenty of towels and plenty of toilet paper (have stayed at many places recently where they give you one roll!)
The outdoor areas are well kept. The deck by the river is very nice. We enjoyed using the kayaks, stand up paddle boards and the pedal boat.
I highly recommend this house. I think it’s an excellent value, incredibly clean and well managed by the owners.

We spent a lovely three nights on the Russian River. The cabin was clean, well maintained, and well equipped. The house is comfortable and the outdoor spaces are inviting. The house is next to the river with well maintained watercraft to enjoy. The kitchen has everything you would want for cooking, and there is a gas grill on the deck. Guerneville and Armstrong Redwoods Preserve are minutes away by car. We hope to return!

We love this property. It suits us perfectly. We're best friends / family who come to enjoy the serene beauty of the river. We play games, laugh, and have old fashioned fun telling stories from the past & enjoying each others company. Thank you! It's been 4 years so far and look forward to many more. We appreciate your property to relax and live life to the fullest.

Second time staying on the Russian River. The kids had a great time and we were a short distance from the ocean so we drove to the tide pools for a day at the beach! Great trip and the property is very nice!

The house was comfortable and clean, with a nice deck with views of the river, and a great location. There were a few issues with the rental including a few kayaks with cracks that were not usable, though the owners did offer a partial refund and quickly ordered new kayaks, and a dishwasher that left the dishes with brown stains. Communication with the owner was a bit slow at times, but she was easy to deal with and very graciously let us stay later on checkout day.

I was happy for the entire duration of my trip! The surrounding views were beautiful. I felt so relaxed and truly blessed. Communication with the owner was easy, the house was very clean, and my daughter was so in love with the house that she asked me if we could stay forever.

We were in Guernville during the storms and got to watch the river rise in warm, lovely surroundings. Very close to tow, great river vies and access. Clean well appointed kitchen. Overall, wonderful.

The view from the deck is really peaceful and private. The only thing I didn’t love is the house gets very little sun. Perfect house for your doggie. We went in late September when they removed the dams so the water level was just a couple of inches and few feet in some areas. Nice neighborhood!

Beautiful kitchen, lovely family area... but the best thing of all is the view through the windows of the lovely Russian River. Bedrooms are fine, bathrooms ok, not upgraded but still very cozy after adventuring. The hot tub is perfect, gorgeous Redwood Trees towering. Grateful for our visit.

Beautiful kitchen, lovely family area... but the best thing of all is the view through the windows of the lovely Russian River. Bedrooms are fine, bathrooms ok, not upgraded but still very cozy after adventuring. The hot tub is perfect, gorgeous Redwood Trees towering. Grateful for our visit.

This is a great place for adults and kids. Amazing access for the river, outfitted for floating and paddling, and a great kitchen. There were so many outdoor and indoor spaces it was easy for everyone to take space and be together. Plenty of room for our toddler to make a mess with toys (and lots were provided at the house). Even black out curtains in two of the bedrooms, which helped with my daughter’s sleeping. All of this nestled in the redwoods! Thanks, Jaysa!
