Sink Pipe a bit old and had defect, but still usable

Good breakfast for buffet tapi same menu, biasa lah hotel. Bilik clean, staff membantu even call almost 2am still answered nicely. The process of checked in/out was smooth (weekdays). View biasa je, what do you expect for 3 stars hotel 😊

It’s not property’s fault lah tapi area sini memang kurang sejuk ke? Ada kipas but still tak dapat feel cameron. Repeat, not cs im looking for place yang sejuk betul2 mcm brinchang. 1st time stay area tanah rata so i tot sama sejuk je. My mistake huhu

The hotel need to put atleast a fan.. Because the weather now hot..at night my baby cry for not comfortable.. Also no hole from outside blow to come into the apartment.. The in the apartment should put a microwave.

Already stay 2 times in the same Hotel.. Very good.. Good location, good service..

Parking is not spacious but still ok because they land is big so we can park on side of the road without any issues or problem

The room definitely needs maintenance…i have stayed here last year..and gave the exactly review..and now still giving the exact review..the ceilings were stained because of the rain drop or water leakage i think..

The carpets in the corridors were very old and stained. Need renovation.

Probably due to poor ventilation, there are flies and drain flies in the bathroom. Dust at the windows of the bathrooms and also bedrooms.

Overall the hotel is not well maintained. Pictures shown are not realistic. The room is not clean, there are stains/hairs in the sheets. There are just 2 bath towels not for the hands. Only 2 small pillows very uncomfortable. Shower was broken. There's no restaurant at the facility, only a small place to have a coffee. Buffet breakfast is not included in the room price and it's of an awful quality.

The size of the room was big enough for 3 adults, set breakfast was lot better than buffet, staffs were very prompt and polite.

Cleanliness of the entire hotel, room had damp smell, toilets were not clean enough.
