Es ist ein schönes ruhiges Hotel mit einem super Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nettem Personal.

Es wäre schön wenn in den Duschen rutschfeste Matzen liegen würden.

Sehr nettes Personal. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbüfee und das bis 12:00 (!) Uhr. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer auf See- bzw. Hauptstraße abgewandter Seite, deshalb kein "Strandblick". Aber das war von uns so gewünscht. Die Matrazen waren nach unserem Empfinden etwas zu hart. Aber es wurde sofortige Abhilfe durch Topper geschaffen. Ganz toll!

Leider war das hauseigene Schwimmbecken nicht in Betrieb, was wir z. B. nach den Saunagängen gern genutzt hätten.

Obwohl bei Booking angegeben war „mit Pool“ war das Schwimmbad in Renovierung. Keine Geflügelprodukte beim Frühstück, alles nur aus Schweinefleisch und keine veganen Aufstriche.

The room we were placed in was outstanding! Truly exceeded our expectations. Was extremely clean and comfortable, and quite spacious! The sauna and relaxation room were nice. We enjoyed breakfast especially! The location of the hotel is top notch! You have a feeling of being placed in a Hallmark movie,such a lovely town!

The additional wellness treatments are rather pricey, and could be better. For example, by the end of the massage the lady was rather loud talking and washing the equipment, ruining the relaxation moment. The hot stone massage was nice though. Only a few rooms have the view to the sea. The swimming pool was really cold, so we couldn't enjoy it much. At that time, there was a group of women drinking and being excessively loud in the wellness area, and none kf the staff reprimended them.

You should be prepared that staff does not speak in english, but there are some exceptions ;) Check out time is at 10, but breakfast is till 12, that was interesting solution.

On of the most disappointing hotels during my trip. The hotel advertised that they have WiFi for hotel guests, however, it was not possible for me and other guests (whom I met at the reception) to connect to it. The WiFi code was also shared with the visitors of the restaurant, and when you arrived after 7 pm like me all IP addresses were occupied. I had planned to work a bit that evening, but it was not possible without internet connection. The staff did not care and the only feedback I got on the next morning was the everything Wortbedeutungslehre fine and there were no technical issues. The room was quite expensive and not to fulfill what they promise is not acceptable. Additionally, the room was not really clean.

The wireless connection was very bad. The spa has close at 4:30. what is the purpose of having a sauna if it is closing to early. These 2 points lead to 2 points reduction in rating.
