Excellent hotel, feels freshly renovated, small rooms but super clean and comfortable, restaurant is good.

First ever hotel that makes me pay for the parking of my car.

Paying for parking, and the fact that I couldn’t get a refund for one night where I was unable to get to the hotel due to my rental car breaking down.

Room ventilators did not work and seemed that room lacks fresh air in the mid of night. ( Same experience for two rooms in separate building)

Still in the process of the renovation, but everyone is really nice and professional. The rooms are new, the location is perfect, and the view from the room is really something! And the price of course. :)

The only thing I would change is that breakfast is until 10 a.m. and check-out from the hotel until 11 a.m. At 9:50 they are already clearing the table, and the maid enters the room at 10:45... This is not bad, since those are the rules, but it would be ok if we felt a little more relaxed because we are on vacation after all. :)

Everything was great! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet! The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was excellent, it exceeded my expectations! I had a lovely stay, thank you!

Good room, spacious, clean

Good sized hotel room with a large pool complex. Higher up in the resort, opposite one of the ski lifts so great for access to slopes and short walk down into the village (but is a steepish up hill walk back!!)

We had to pay for parking and although we were there only one night we had to pay for two days parking which felt unnecessary, it should be a price based on nights stayed.

Great location close to gondola station. An old hotel which has had a recent complete makeover by its new owners. Wonderful contemporary alpine styling.

Shame the spa area was mostly closed, only indoor pool open. No sauna, steam room etc. Should be fabulous when this area is renovated too. Was surprised there was no underfloor heating or heated towel rails in bathrooms, given tiled floors a little chilly in winter.

Nicely renovated. Easy to reach with public transport. Large pool with streams. Friendly staff.

The sauna are not (yet) open (March 23). Hopefully soon available.

The spa didn t work and the property gave us a proforma refund that didn t pay. Every week tell us lies that they”ll refund us but nothing one month yet..

- The staff. Everyone was incredibly nice to you and very attentive. They showed they listened to you and were always with a genuine smile. - The room. The room was perfect, and impeccably clean and the view was simply outstanding. - The bar. The beer was really good (they have their own brew) and there were some performances in the bar during our stay. - The location. It is right next to the ski lift and within walking distance of the center of Montana. - The value. Overall, it was a great hotel to stay in for the price.

- The spa. The feel of the spa is of a public pool instead of a relaxing/wellness area. First, the pool is open to the public, which makes the area quite crowded and noisy. Secondly, there is no real place to relax outside the pool or to place your towels (there was in fact a room/solarium next to the pool, but it was mostly empty since it was too cold). The robes and slippers the hotel provides are very comfortable and of great quality, but I found the spa area doesn't match the feel of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is new and thus the facilities are good. The staffs are friendly. It is clean. You can self check-out online a day before and drop off the key card at the reception the next morning when you leave, which is convenient. The location is good as you can take an escalator from near a parking lot in the downtown to the hotel.

1. There is no table in the room, and the TV is not facing the bed, and not working. 2. The reception is not available 24 hours. 3. The management of the hotel is quite disastrous. The reception first gave me a room that somebody already lived there. The next day they reshuffled the room number in the area of my room without informing me. I could not find my room because in the morning when I left my room was 319, and in the night when I came back it became 324.

the man at the reception and the restaurant foreman are rude, they really gave me the impression that they are racist

The food was really good, both in respect of amount and quality. Rooms were to a high standard in Scandi chic style. Location is perfect: 5 min walk to the ski lift and also a short walk into town.

Hotel was recently refurbished, so there were a few expected snagging issues (e.g. TV not working, pool area closed for maintenance on one day..). However, it did not spoil our stay. Staff looked a bit stressed because of this.

modern decor, clean, great breakfast, great bar, great pool and playroom for kids and teens. great location in front of gondola.

Ecellent location 5 mins from the Arnouva lift.
